Shipping Policy

Every SundayTees shirt is printed on demand in the USA. Below is exactly how shipping works for both our Express Delivery items and our Standard items.

Where We Ship

• United States (primary): All 50 states + DC. (Express is available to the contiguous U.S. only.)
• U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico & other territories are supported with Standard/Economy only; transit can be longer.
• International: Select countries supported on Standard/Economy (timelines below).

Production Time (Before Shipping)

Most orders are produced in ~2–5 business days (can be up to 2–7 business days in peak season). Express items use a dedicated fast-track flow described below. Production time is separate from courier transit time on Standard shipments.

Shipping Methods & Speeds

1) Express Delivery (Fastest)

• Total time to your door: 2–3 business days including production for eligible items.
• Availability: Express is offered on select tees/sizes/colors and ships only to the U.S. mainland (no AK/HI) and not to PO Boxes.
• Cut-off example: Order before 12:00 PM (destination time) and it typically arrives in 2 business days.
• Cost: Typically $7.99 for the first item + $2.40 per additional item (shown at checkout).
• Note: If a cart mixes Express-eligible and non-eligible products, checkout will show Standard only; items may ship separately.

2) Standard (U.S.)

• Transit time: typically 2–5 business days once shipped (production time is additional).
• Typical rate for tees: about $4.75 first item + $2.40 each additional.
• Carriers we use: USPS, UPS, DHL eCommerce, OnTrac (auto-selected by our U.S. print partner for the fastest route).

3) Economy (Budget)

• Transit time: typically 4–8 business days once shipped (production time is additional).
• Typical rate for tees: about $4.29 first item + $2.09 each additional.

Non-Contiguous U.S. & Territories

• Alaska & Hawaii: Standard/Economy only; allow an extra 7–12 business days beyond normal U.S. estimates.
• Puerto Rico & other territories: Standard/Economy only; transit can be longer than the contiguous U.S.
• APO/FPO/DPO & PO Boxes: Express isn’t available to PO Boxes; Standard ships via USPS where supported.

Order Tracking

All U.S. shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is handed to the carrier. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order contains items with different shipping methods (e.g., an Express tee and a Standard item), they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive separate tracking links when that happens.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

• Address changes: We can attempt changes if the order has not entered production. Once in production or shipped, rerouting isn’t guaranteed.
• PO Boxes: Not supported for Express. Standard/Economy typically ship via USPS to PO Boxes.
• Marked “Delivered” but not received: Please check with household members/neighbors and wait 24 hours; carriers can scan early. If still missing, email Support@sundaytees.com and we’ll help.

Peak Season & Holidays

During November–December, production and carriers can experience high volumes. Please allow a few extra days on top of the estimates above. Express continues to be prioritized but is not a guaranteed service.

International Shipping (Selected Countries)

• Transit: Typically 10–30 business days depending on destination and customs.
• Duties/Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local fees.
• Tracking: Available for most destinations; visibility can vary after export.

All timelines are business days (Mon–Fri) and exclude federal holidays. Shipping estimates begin after production, except for Express (which includes production). Carriers may experience delays outside our control.
