Returns & Exchanges

Made to order. Every SundayTees shirt is printed on demand by our printing partner the moment your order comes through. They produce it just for you, and we pay them upfront for the production. That lets us offer fresh designs and premium quality while keeping waste at zero, and it shapes how our returns policy works.

Our promise: if we mess up (wrong item, misprint, or damage in transit) we will replace it free of charge or refund you in full. If you change your mind or chose the wrong size, we can still help with an exchange within our window. Our goal is simple: make it right and keep you happy.

30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us about a return or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, no odors or pet hair, and returned in their original packaging if a return is requested.
  • Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email Support@sundaytees.com with your order number and a brief note (for example, "wrong size", "damaged item", or "would like to swap designs"). We will reply within 1 business day with instructions and, where required, an RMA and return label.

For most cases (damages, misprints, design exchanges) we do not require the original items back. We will let you know either way when you contact us.

Damages, Misprints, or Wrong Item (Our Fault)

  • Send us a photo and description within 30 days.
  • We will ship a free replacement or fully refund you. You will not pay return shipping.
  • You can keep the original item, no need to send it back.

Changed Your Mind (Your Choice)

  • Because we have already paid our printing partner to produce your order, we are not able to offer refunds on change of mind. The cost is committed at the moment of order.
  • What we can offer is a free design exchange within 30 days. Pick any other designs from the store and we will send a fresh set out to you.
  • You keep the original items, and there is no return shipping involved.

Wrong Size (Your Choice)

  • We can produce a new set in your correct size within 30 days at a discounted reprint rate, since the original production has already been paid for.
  • We will cover shipping to you on the new set.
  • No restocking fees.

Refunds (Where Applicable)

For our-fault refunds, once approved we will issue payment to your original method within 2 to 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take 3 to 10 business days to post it. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, email Support@sundaytees.com and we will chase it down.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of mind (free design exchange offered instead)
  • Final sale items and gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items, unless the error is ours

International Orders

The same policy applies worldwide. If we got it wrong, we cover the replacement at no cost to you. For change of mind exchanges and size reprints, international shipping rates may apply on the new set.
